"We enjoyed our staying at Seda overall. We enjoyed very much the breakfast buffet offered every day and the kindness of the staff. We found our room always clean and impeccable with new towels. The beach is small but cozy and for the most part always available and never crowded. The only disappointing thing was the Wi-Fi connection that it seems to work better outside than inside the rooms. Cellphone signal is strong in that area so we had a viable alternative."

Three downsides to comfort, 1) the AC didnt cool the room, 2) the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, 3) the hotel is located on a hill that transport wouldnt go up "

"This place was amazing, we stayed for 4 days. Its a little difficult to find cause it goes into some small streets. Transportation isn't easily accessible, but the staff coordinates the transport anytime on your behalf whether its a tricycle or a private van. I reccommend taking the tricycle if you're brave enough and looking to save a significant amount of money. El Nido proper is about 25-30 mins away by tricycle and 15-20 by van. Cellphone reception wasn't too good on the property, so you...

"Overall, you get a lot for your money with breakfast included. Sleeping in a tent is obviously very simple accomondation which we expected but what really surprised us was the loud people around us making noise until 3 in the morning. For a place like this we really expected some peace and quiet and at least a rule that says that it should be quiet after a certain time. Its really a shame that this ruined our nights here so we had to leave one day earlier. The owner payed us back for that night...

"The resort exceeded my expectations. They’re affordable and customer service was outstanding. They meet you at the airport and take care of all the logistics in getting you to the resort. We were greeted with warmth and smiles. The beach was right in-front of my room. Very quiet, serene, and loads of water activities to do. They also have options for Island hopping. If you are going to Palawan this should be the #1 consideration."

Hotels.com does not support you with any refund, they don‘t care that they have properties on their website which doesn‘t exist.
