"The information packet to checkin was a lot . It wasn't very helpful and I would imagined that those less tech savvy would give up and go elsewhere. The complex it cute and well decorated. We saw the same staff member 2x and he was helpful. The rooms are tight and the hot water is slow, it could be overcame if the common Areas were well appointed. They were not. No cups, no sugar, no cream, no pastries... It one staff member came at the last moment with a few donuts. Parking was the biggest...

"Great place to stay. Free covered parking garage, kick back in the evening with snacks and 3 free beers was a nice bonus. Restaurant on site was good and the 2 dollar shuttle to the Enterprise center for a concert we were going to was great. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. "Overall it was great! We really enjoyed the area that the hotel was located. Right across the street from the ballpark. The room overall was pretty nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was okay as the floor tiles were visibly dirty, but that's to be expected with white tiles on a floor. There were occasional loud cars on the street throughout the night, but nothing that woke or kept us up. All in all, we'll most likely be staying here again!"
