"Elevators were not working most of the week (mostly one out of three).we did not get informed regarding construction until we checked in. Inside our room a flashing light flashed brightly 24/7. Tons of room defects, sliding bathroom door was of it’s hinges, amenities not filled (soap etc). The staff were amazing and friendly and the hotel theme was great."

"The place was clean and friendly. I wish the room would have been colder for sleeping, but 66 was lowest setting. Only minor issue I had was the unknown cost for parking, but if that meant the vehicle was safer than parked elsewhere then it was worth it. Everyone was nice and helpful. "The staff was phenomenal! Everyone was so accommodating, helpful, how light, and just a joy. It's right in the heart of the French quarter, and at the same time when you retreat to your room for the evening it is quiet. It is meticulously clean. A shout out to front desk Unique; she is such a lovely young woman, went out of her way to help us, was so incredibly sweet and thoughtful. Wish I could have brought her home with me. If you wish to go to New Orleans and stay in the heart of the quarter Bourbon Orleans is the hotel for you. "

"I have stayed in multiple great hotels in New Orleans, but this was my favorite as far as aesthetic. It’s a combination of mid century modern and industrial and is fun to just explore and check out the details. Staff was super friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay here again!"
