"The people on reception were excellent - polite and helpful. Our room was good if a little dark. We would have liked additional waters on our second night but otherwise all good. Our only complaint was the service at breakfast which was pretty poor. The dinner service was great, but breakfast not so good. Breakfast was however delicious. Parking is a challenge but through no fault of the hotel. very well located for Clifton Village which is lovely. "

"Stayed in a 1 bedroom family apartment. A period property that has been stylishly decorated. Comfortable bed with plump pillows and quality bed linen. Daughter said could feel springs in pull out sofa but not too much to grumble about. A great position off the Clifton triangle so walk pretty much anywhere with lots of restaurants nearby. "The hotel was in a great location and the staff were really friendly. We parked at the Galleries car park which felt safe and secure. I’d mentioned when booking it was my husbands birthday and the team were great at making him feel special. We had a room upgrade to a top floor family room with great views of the city. Large rooms and very comfortable

"I did have trouble getting through to the hotel by telephone before our arrival which took hours but eventually someone answered and was able to answer my query. The rooms were a very good size. We were a family and had 2 rooms next to each other with an inter-linking door which was perfect. Staff were friendly and very good service."
