"The place is absolutely amazing. Getting my access code to enter the building was quite the fiasco. I was directed to on online service that I was afraid was insecure, which told me that I would be sent an access code. I started trying to check in at 4PM, was standing outside the building for several hours and finally called hotels dot com and was able to get the access code from them. "Room 319 , Franco. The stay was very nice. Two issues you should know about. First the bathtub drain is clogged and when taking a shower water accumulates and drains very slowly. After a shower there was 5 inches of water. that's something that housekeeping should have seen and reported to maintenance. When we where leaving, I was standing by the front desk that manager asked if he could help me. I said that yes I needed to pay for my massage and I wanted yo speak to him about the tub and...

"Overall the our stay was OK. We definitely won’t recommend it to friends or family.. Not value for money at all.. The food was the worst we’ve ever had.. It wasn’t made personally on demand, it was greasy and so salty, you couldn’t have more then a one bite.. The food in the buffet was a little better.. It was fresh and tasty for the most part, but always missing items - food/ plates/ glasses.. and the staff was no where to be found.. it felt like you always have to ask for the refill of things...

"Beautfiul setting, really large and delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, lovely modern clean room. Staff was overall helpful but some were a bit reserved. Lovely walk/hike just out the door. Very extensive children's area, not sure it is open every day but I assume on weekends, holidays, etc Great for our grandchildren. Wife and daughter used the spa at the partner hotel next door and thought it was amazing. "

"Amazing place for families. Pastoral property with big apartments and green areas. The pool is really good for both children and adults. Breakfast is rich and served to the room, it was really nice to eat it as picnic. The people in reservation desk are nice but service has limited open hours "

"This hotel is in a beautiful location in the hills slightly to the West of Jerusalem with wonderful views. The room was quite basic but provided everything that was necessary. Plenty of hot water with good pressure in the shower and the bathroom was equipped with toiletries. The staff were excellent and helpful in the extreme."

"We wanted the light in our room to be shut off but it was a difficult task since the light was set to Shabbat mode. Unfortunately, we had the light on the whole evening and we couldn't sleep. We went and complained to the reception desk. As a courtesy, Yazen Atrash offered our family lunch which was an incredible experience. He also offered to give us a discount when we're ready to book another reservation. We are So Happy with the incredible service that Yazan offered us. We will definitely come again!"
