"The room was ok. The bathroom switches are not the safest. Big gap. Would worry about a little kid being cureous. Also, the door key cards were a joke. Had maintenance come because the cards wouldn't work. We were then given 2 more cards. Hit and miss if they worked. We had to take our dog out at 2 am and fortunately we took multiple keys and finally after 5 tries, we got back in. Spoke with manager in the am and he was very apologetic and said new locks were coming. We probably won't stay there...

"We had a blast with our kids - ages 2 & 7!! Although we found the magiquest games to be difficult to understand, they still had fun waving the wand at the various spots around the property. Mini golf (very mini!) and bowling (also mini) were big hits though!! The water park itself is aweome. So much to do for kids of all ages! We stayed in the Grizzly Suite - it was a great size for us and we all slept well. We will definitely go back!!"

"It was a nice and convenient place to stay for my business trip. I had a chance to go to the pool area and there was a hot tub, both outside. The hot tub was shooting water up a bit to much, so it may need to be adjusted. My bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I loved the citrus lotion, so I asked for more at the front desk. You must go just to try that lotion. The breakfast was a nice touch each morning and the staff was friendly. "
