"Hotel is in a great location near the subway and Grand Central station, and is a close walk to a lot of attractions and restaurants. The elevator was loud near our room so the receptionist moved us to a queen one bedroom which was very quiet and had nice amenities. Free wine from 5-7pm was a plus. Would definitely stay again. "

"This is how my new favorite hotel in NYC! What an incredible experience. The hotel is all about service, from check in to our Butler that attended to every detail. We were blown away by the elegant but comfortable interiors, gorgeous bathroom, and lovely spaces. But what really made the difference was the service. This hotel is 10/10 and should be the new go to for NYC stays!"

"It was very nice, they were very friendly and kind, I only used the hotel to sleep, did not use any amenities in the hotel. I just found a hard time while showering, you need to pull a rod so hard to take a shower, which wasn't very convenient, I felt like I was fighting with that rod everytime I went to shower. But overall everything was nice and perfect."
