"During our 8 day stay we received the greatest service out of any hotel in London that we have stayed at. From walking in to leaving was perfect. The concierge Paddy was so helpful he helped like he knew us personally. The door man Max did his job exceptionally. All in all the staff made our stay magnificent we will definitely be going back. Clean, friendly and the room had everything I needed for a 2 night stay for work (iron etc). Small room but well designed although if there are 2 people with large bags would be more of a struggle (I just had a cabin bag and rucksack). "
