"We had a great stay at the Novotel in Toronto Centre. We went to see a Raptors Game. The hotel was a short walk to the Scotiabank Centre. The room was comfortable and the way they planned the room made it feel very spacious. Loved that! The morning breakfast had so much variety. You could go for the buffet or order off the menu. The kids loved it! We would definitely stay there again! The staff was so helpful! They made us feel welcome! Thanks!"

"We checked in late night on 23 Jan 2025 . Called in for shuttle service. The shuttle for airport pickup. We forgot our wallet at home and despite having some cash and Google wallet handy along with room payment has already been made through Expedia, I realized that a physical credit card was required for check in. I explained the situation to the guy at reception and offered to keep cash deposit instead. He was really a nice young man and accommodated us well. Later we requested an additional room heater as it was a very cold night in Toronto and he provided that as well. Building looked a bit ? Old? but was kept quiet clean. Excellent staff."
