"Excellent hotel that was very clean and staff very friendly. Rooms were very spacious as was the bathroom. Closely located to waterfront and a lot of other attractions we found the hotel serviced all our needs. Would recommend and be happy to stay again."
"Hotel is very clean, even the washrooms. I liked the fact that the reception let me know at check-in, that the view from my room was poor and if needed they can assign a room with a better view. Also they offer a free storage while waiting for check i, so you can wander around. It's unfortunate that the Woodbine mall is "dying"."
"Our overall experience was excellent.
We did have a concern in the dining room on Saturday morning where a person brought in their small dog and was sitting on the bench seat next to other guest. The waitress bought over a dish of water for the dog to drink on the floor and the person requested it to be on the seat. Upon checking out the same dog was sitting on the counter and I had to ask to have the counter cleaned after the customer left.
I am a dog lover and there is a little to pets in a hotel. This was not a service dog....it was a pet. Thank you for your time. "
"Perfectly suited to the tourist market, absolutely central to everything, you can walk to the Roger’s Centre (Go Jays!) or Yorkville just as easily. Clean, immediate to subways and professional courteous staff. Highly recommend."
"We had a fantastic experience at Hotel X. The location was perfect with beautiful lake views and just a few steps from Budweiser Stage, which made getting to our concert super convenient.
The staff were amazing, so friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Our concert started at 3 p.m., which meant we needed an earlier check-in time. Even though it was well before the usual time, the team graciously let us check in after 11 a.m. While we waited in line to check in, we were offered cold water, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The valet service was also great. Everything was smooth and quick, and it made the whole arrival and departure process so much easier. Our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
Highly recommend Hotel X if you’re going to a show at Budweiser Stage, visiting Exhibition Place (the X), or planning to attend the CNE. We’ll definitely be back. Huge thanks to the entire team."
