I have booked Panorama Suites twice in the past week. "Checkin and checkout could be smoother. There were a couple of hundred lockboxes to hunt through. The room to the lockbox room is at certain times automatically locked. So returning the key during these times means being locked in the room. The condo is nice. Identifying which elevators that were convenient to use and how to unlock them would have been nice as well."

"I had an amazing stay, this is my 2nd time booking with rivetstays and it was great once again. Communication is awesome and very quick which i love. My only issue with this stay was there was only 1 mirror which was in the bathroom so it was hard for multiple people to get ready at the same time. other than that I loved my stay here! "
