"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "

"Hot tub and pool were cold, broken heater they could have borrowed heat from the showers almost burned myself. The food was mah tables were wobbly which caused me to spill my coffee everywhere leaves were blowing in the door had a end of days feel to it like the walking dead lol. The room was recently remodeled but strange choices like having the toilet be close to the shower vs centered in the room just awkward and difficult to adjust temperature of shower without being in it. "The staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The included dinner was good, and the breakfast was just wonderful. Shuttle service was excellent. One, of only two elevators was not in service which made getting around the building a little slow. However, we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel."
