"The property is beautiful and in the off season the price was reasonable. The breakfast is over the top, lots of choices. The coffee was the only breakfast issue and the staff needs to be trained in this area, it was often cold or prepared improperly. The beach is wonderful but the area behind the lounges needs to be cleaned, it looked terrible. The construction on the port side was super loud and created industrial smell that was unpleasant. "First of all the staff and breakfast were amazing. The hiking trip organised by the hotel was awesome. The location is really good. The downsides there were lots of bugs in my room. I killed them all and i thought that was the end of it then on the last day upon checking out there was a huge cockroach on the floor, i presume their mother. The water pressure for the hot water didnt seem to exist at times and you had to run it for a while to make it work. "

"Ein recht neues, sauberes Hotel, welches wir sehr günstig buchen konnten. Der Gastgeber war beim einchecken nicht vor Ort, allerdings via Whatsapp immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Da die Bucht von Cat Ba zugeschüttet und derzeit zugebaut wird ist dies eine preisgünstige Alternative mit schöner Lage am See um der Bauerei etwas aus dem Weg zu sein. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. "I checked out September 25th so this is a review of the hotel as Cat Ba recovers from the typhoon. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The sky at and pool were damaged in the typhoon and were being repaired. Overall a good place to stay. "
