We loved the Watson. Beautiful room, excellent central location and the view from the rooftop pool was spectacular. Service was the best part of this stay, Sao Bang at the front desk was especially kind and helpful! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Halong Bay Area!

The Watson is absolutely gorgeous, and simply divine. The lobby is stunning. The buffet breakfast is delicious with many stations and a wide variety of foods to choose from. The outdoor pool and sky bar on the top floor is breathtaking. Most of all, the staff was amazing and so helpful solving our issues with airline reservations. Thumbs up to Joyce Dang for her professionalism and “top-notch”performance. She went above and beyond so thank you. If I go back to HaLong Bay, I would not hesitate to book this 5-star hotel in advance.

The Watson Hotel in Halong fully deserves its 5-star rating. The staff is exceptional, particularly at reception desk where two ladies went above and beyond to assist me. I want to especially commend Joycee and Jenny, who are true assets to the hotel. The food is outstanding, both for dinner and breakfast, with a plentiful breakfast buffet. The junior suite I stayed in was spacious and offered a stunning view of the bay. The hotel also features a well-equipped gym, and my room was impeccably cleaned throughout my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommended!
