"Great service the people there are amazing organised my cruise, my bus and when i stupidly left my passport there they sent it to me on a bus so i wouldn’t miss my flight. I’ve traveled for three weeks in Vietnam and this is by far the best! Would recommend and if I go back to Ha long bay I will always choose to stay here! "

"there's no cleanliness in the apartment, very bad drainage smell and very noise. They provide washing machine but never attached to water tap and no drainage hole. I will never recommend to anyone staying there specially non Vietnamese. in fact we book 4 nights but we really can't stand all the bad smell and noise, we move out 3rd nights."

"The location it’s far away from downtown, and the transportation it’s limit and expensive.. if you travel with family it’s not convenient because of the transportation and lack of restaurants around … the staff and the owner it’s super nice .. but they don’t clean and I rooms are not clean enough… "

"The property is beautiful and in the off season the price was reasonable. The breakfast is over the top, lots of choices. The coffee was the only breakfast issue and the staff needs to be trained in this area, it was often cold or prepared improperly. The beach is wonderful but the area behind the lounges needs to be cleaned, it looked terrible. The construction on the port side was super loud and created industrial smell that was unpleasant. Because of that the pool on the construction side...

"The hotel is very well managed, spotless clean & updated with a cute contemporary style, Beds comfy!! Warm welcome with fruit and smoothies, and breakfasts were not buffet, decent options, and servings large. Great downtown location. The window views of an abandoned building with garbage galore behind it was disappointing - but not uncommon in Vietnam. Overall, I would bring my family to this hotel any day. Bonus: the company also runs tours, thus making the planning seamless."

BEST Ha Long Bay Cruise

"Our trip with Doris Cruise Line was amazing. Everything was flawless from start to finish. The communication was extremely easy for pickup and drop off. The bus was right on time and picked us up right outside our hotel. The bus was extremely comfortable and quick. From there the tender from the pier to the boat was quick and easy. The staff was extremely inviting and enthusiastic. The food during our stay was excellent. There was a wide variety for all appetites. Our room was fantastic and the views from the balcony were surreal. The entire boat was clean top to bottom. The location the cruise went to was very secluded during the day. We were worried about this because many travel blogs and forums said the Ha Long Bay cruises are over crowded with ships and not worth it. The Doris cruise was not like this at all. We spent a lot of time searching for a cruise and there were many to choose from. Don’t think any more, JUST BOOK IT! "
