"Great family resort lots for kids to do some separate areas for couples but geared more towards families with small kids."

"We love Riu Palace. Have been coming here for 10 years. My only concern is the lack of entertainment they have now. When I started coming here, they would have much more activities for guest both at the pool, the beach and the theater at night. This time I saw a reduction in entertainment staff. Which limit on the activities they have for guest. Furthermore, they no longer have shows at night, at least that was my experience. They use to have shows in their theater every night, with live performers. They didn’t have that this time around. I hope they bring it back bc the resort it self is very nice "

"I stayed in the Honeymoon suit for 5 days and my expectations were more than met. Housekeeping cleaned every day of my stay and delivered extra towels and bedding almost on demand. The staff did a great job along with the bartenders. They actually sell real alcohol here and it isn’t the watered down stuff you get at the lower end resorts. The view was amazing since I had the entire deck to view the resort and its entirety. It was worth it and I’ll definitely be looking for the Secrets brand when I’m traveling abroad. I would recommend this hotel 9 out of 10 times to anyone looking to stay at a nice resort. "
