"Close to a grocery store and all that you need in a kitchen to cook that food- oven, stovetop etc. Great variety of restaurants nearby. They don't have air conditioning so close windows and pull shades during the day and open windows and door in the evening to keep cool. "

"We stayed at this hotel for over five nights and had a pleasant experience. Although we didn’t use most of the facilities, the hotel is in a lovely neighborhood. It’s just a 7-minute walk to a shopping mall and the Underground, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One thing to note: there’s no washer/dryer on-site, and the laundry service that offered by the hotel is too expensive for us, so we googled and found an online laundry service called LaundryHeap and decided to give it a try based on the positive reviews. It was very convenient and reasonably priced at $2.99 per kg with delivery included. Overall, not bad at all. We’d definitely choose to stay at Novotel again on our next trip to London. "
