"Wonderful staff! Property older but maintained mostly would not rate five star hotel but comfortable enough. Staff make up for it along with location and shopping etc. "

However we had an issue with the toilet not flushing and were short of a towel which we reported to reception. The receptionist assured us they would send another towel and fix the toilet whilst we were out, however this never happened. Ver disappointing as we then couldn’t use the toilet morning, not good!
