"This hotel great, staff are friendly and location perfect for going to events at the O2. However we had an issue with the toilet not flushing and were short of a towel which we reported to reception. The receptionist assured us they would send another towel and fix the toilet whilst we were out, however this never happened. Ver disappointing as we then couldn’t use the toilet morning, not good! "

However, I was never particularly impressed by the service, which I found to be below basic standards. To my surprise, things have significantly improved during my recent stay, and for the better. "Everything was great apart from the mattress which I did not find very comfortable. The location is great for the underground and DLR. There are places to eat within walking distance, the staff were friendly and the room was nice and spacious. I would definitely stay there again."
