Four Seasons, Canada - New England hotels

"Loved this hotel and location!!"

"We stayed at the Harborside Inn while in town for a concert at TD Garden. The hotel was the perfect “home base” for our stay. We were able to walk everywhere within 10-15 minutes and it was easy to drop back into the hotel to change or have a quick rest before adventuring out again. The staff were friendly and happily accommodated us checking in a little early as our room was ready when we arrived from a very long morning of multiple flights. The room itself was nicely decorated and clean. We had a city view King room and the natural light, exposed brick and extra seating area made the room feel very spacious. We had read some reviews about the city view rooms being a little loud due to traffic but we were on the 5th floor so barely noticed the noise. The aquarium is about a 3 minute walk across the street and was definitely a fun way to beat the heat for a few hours. Faneuil Hall market is also steps away and has lots to see. A couple of minor details that were more about the area than the hotel - the 7Eleven next door is a very small location with limited options for snacks and drinks, but good enough for grabbing some bottled water/soda etc. The nearby convenience stores don’t sell beer and wine, and the nearest liquor store closed at 6pm so if you are wanting to relax with a drink in your room after a day of exploring, be sure to grab what you need early. Overall, our stay was absolutely lovely and we will absolutely stay at the Harborside again when we visit Boston."

"Hotel was nice and clean. Room was very spacious. Very close to multiple restaurants and close to old town as well. Great location over all. We also loved the restaurants on the property expecialy the one on the top of the hotel, a must dine at!"

"Great location, the rooms are small and cute - everything you need for a place to lay your head and be out and about in the. day. Nice breakfasts and good working spaces in the lobby. Would revisit. Note for families seeking multiple bed rooms - each room design is the same - just 1 king bed. "

"We drove 6.5 hrs to stay at L’hotel from June 3-June 6th 2025 for our daughter’s 2nd birthday (June 4) the construction outside was a little inconvenient but not the Hôtels fault. We were upset that the splash pad part of the hotel was down for maintenance our entire stay. This was one of the main reasons why we booked at this hotel due to the splash pad being toddler based, so that was a little upsetting to find out after we had already arrived to the hotel. Our 2nd night there, we enjoyed the pool and my daughter + husband enjoyed the hot tub. On our last night there, my husband and daughter were rejected from the hot tub + the lifeguard said that she needed to be a certain height- even though she was in it the night before. So I do think the lifeguards need to get on the same page and have the same rules applied. My daughter really enjoyed the sand room that was opened our last night. Overall, we had a great visit minus the couple setbacks and we were able to enjoy our time! We would definitely visit again! :) "

"It was an amazing experience especially for my first time in boston, however, my fiancee was walked into by an employee while he was in a stall using the bathroom. His stall door was wide open and she just started cleaning it like he wasnt there. Other than that amazing workers, very kind and sweet."
