"For my trip through Vietnam, I had been staying at $30-$40 hotels, but for Hoi An, I decided to slum it a bit as the price of this hotel was $10. What you pay is what you get. It is run down, not that well maintained, the bed sheets and bath towels smell a little of mildew. This place has potential, the foyer is great, there are some nice views of the old town from there. It is also located right across the bridge from the old town, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowded streets;...

"Loved everything about this place. Location was great - a bit out of town but loved to see local life. The room was big and very clean. The breakfast was amazing - freshly cooked to order (try the banana pancakes) Bikes are provided which we used daily to cycle into town and to the beach. The service from the staff was brilliant - nothing was too much trouble. The only slight thing to be aware of is the pool loses the sun at lunchtime."
