"Thus property was very cute. I loved the pool and the staff. Everyone was super friendly. They are just a 20 min away from the old town and they have a shuttle to take you into town. Washrooms were nice and clean. Beds comfy and they give a free mini bar with snacks and it’s refilled everyday. I would recommend this place and would come back. "

"I really liked this property. I know there are lots of bad reviews on here but I don’t think it’s as bad as people are saying. Yes it has a lot of empty spaces but I already expected it by reading everyone’s reviews. The room we had was a sea view and it was nice and clean. The washrooms were nice and not smelly at all. I LOVED their Korean Sauna spa and they have a huge gym. Our room was very clean and most of the staff was really nice. We ate at the Korean restaurant 2 nights and both times were really good. The owner/staff was very friendly as well. The front desk team made it special for my mom’s bday and surprised her with cake. (Shout out to tram and nga and everyone else there) The spa staff was always very helpful and kind. (I don’t know their names but they were honestly the sweetest) The housekeeping staff was always cheerful and sweet. The only thing I could think of is they need to train up their breakfast staff as they are often standing around talking, not friendly and not doing their jobs. Also yes they don’t allow food but that’s only heavy smelling food. If you bring most foods it’s fine just not the super smelly stuff. We ended up extending our stay for 1 extra night. I would still recommend this place and also would come back. "

"Super friendly staff especially Amie and Jessi. They went above and beyond. Rooms were well appointed and the daily cakes and biscuits were a lovely touch. Both pools were nice, but potentially a few my sun loungers are required for busier periods. Breakfast was incredible and amazing variety. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Hoi An. "

"Beautiful location not far from the centre of Hoi An with free shuttle bus to beach and town. Swimming pool overlooking the rice paddocks was a unique experience and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was bright and spacious qnd clean, and the bathroom had a large shower area which felt luxurious. Buffet breakfast has a great selection too"

"Hotel is just on the edge of Hoi an. Although does have a good bus service into town and an bang beach. Hotel beautiful. Rooms accumulated and tidy. Food beautiful. Staff very helpful and friendly. Upgraded due to my birthday "
