"Aliana is close yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main town (10 minute walk). The rooms were spacious with amazing views of the mountains (including Fansipan). Pool was a lovely addition after trekking up Fansipan or through local villages. We left slightly bemused after being charged for a dirty towel, but other than that would recommend. "

"When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. A lady appeared from the kitchen and she spoke zero English. I tried to communicate with her via Google translate to ask her if the hotel was opened, she shook her head. In the end, I found a number on the front door and called it. A young lady came, passed me the keys and let me be. I appear to be the only person staying there at the time. I saw no other guests. The room is rather run down and the floor was sandy. "The room is well equipped and made for an enjoyable stay. The location and views are amazing. Having been to SaPa many times, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. This hotel is a short walk to the station for the train to Fansipan, also SaPa lake and the church. The hotel is on the road to Cat Cat village, which for me is totally walkable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!"

"Unfortunately we got a room too close to the road. It was noisy right from the break of daylight which was around 5.30am. We were traveling with a couple of kids so conditions were not conducive. Our Room was spacious which was the plus point but old and musty smelling. However, the hotel owner, I believe he was, was gracious to lend us a babycot. "

"Staff was wonderful and location was good. Room was nice size for the price but dated. Room smelled musty but has to be because of the area and weather. Was a good place to call home base while we stayed in Sapa since you dont go there to spend time in the room anyway. "

"We loved our stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel. The staff was great, very nice and very helpful. After checking out and taking a great tour the hotel arranged we had to wait a few hours for our transportation back to the Sapa train station. The hotel let us use a room to rest up and freshen up free of charge. That was a real lifesaver. Our room was great, comfortable and very clean. Free breakfast was great with a lot of variety. If we ever come to Sapa again we would definitely stay here. Great Hotel."

"Excellent hotel, Kieu Anh is so kind The rooms are nice and it's in a great location for trekking, about 5 minutes walk to the town. It is in a house rather than a big tower , so be aware there is no lift (stairs up to 3rd floor) but Sapa Dragon is an excellent base to explore Sapa!"
