"Aliana is close yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main town (10 minute walk). The rooms were spacious with amazing views of the mountains (including Fansipan). Pool was a lovely addition after trekking up Fansipan or through local villages. We left slightly bemused after being charged for a dirty towel, but other than that would recommend. "

"Our stay was amazing! Some key highlights: - staff was very helpful, kind, and welcoming the moment we arrived - we got upgraded to a “romantic bungalow” - free of charge! Room was very clean and perfect amount of space to relax - the restaurant in eco palms is delicious and very reasonably priced. We had delicious breakfast and dinner there every morning/night - amazing view of sapa right from our bungalow’s balcony - Yuli the hotel dog is super cute and friendly with guests :) "
