"Hotel close to the centre of the town and only a minute walk from the opera house and gardens. Looks like some refurbishment in progress. Tidy rooms but some of the chairs a touch fragile. Rooms clean. Parts of the hotel look like they could do with a bit of redecorating. Lift in the hotel but small and temperamental with sliding door on inside which if not closed stops the lift working (left open by a guest on a top floor so needed to be closed to resume working) Good breakfast.
