"We stayed at Coast Anabelle for 3 nights during the week of Thanksgiving. We were really impressed with all of the staff. Everyone from the shuttle drivers to the front desk to the server at the adjoining restaurant were all very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the convenience of the complimentary shuttle because it saved us money on parking at Universal Studios, and they dropped us off and picked us up right by the front gate.
