"Exceeded all expectations- already planning our return. Incredible location, easy, quick and cheap access to airport; trams and UTrains to get around the city and walkable to local restaurants, shops and landmarks. Room was great size and spotless. Very comfortable, enough plug outlets/lighting options/free wifi and use of fridge (handy to have as there is a supermarket across the street to get snacks) or for any required medication. "This hotel was outstanding. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a complimentary glass of prosecco and were made to feel very welcome. The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable . Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and warm. Plenty of food and drink options. The spa , gym and pool were a bonus . I would highly recommend. "
