Good hotel near the old city with easy access from the train and bus stations. Rooms are big and well equipped, Lobby is nice, and breakfast is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, although the checking line was a bit too long

Tub/ shower combo is very dangerous. Carpet needs an update. Whole facility smelled of old smoke. Clean, but needs a refresh. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great location.

The hotel was fine for one night in Bratislava. On a Sunday evening the hotel was dead, no atmosphere. There is a smell of stale cigarettes everywhere but our room was clean and comfortable, but very small for 3 people. We could barely walk around the beds. The staff were lovely. The bar staff were particularly welcoming. Great central location. Parking was pricey but convenient and we managed to park outside the hotel so didn’t need to navigate the underground parking.
