Situated very close to the main train station, it is extremely convenient for continuing your train journey. You will not stress about getting to the station in the morning. The area itself has a few options for food but delivery might be your best dining option if you arrive later in the evening. The hotel bar is open until 1am and there are some basic snacks and drinks (even beer) available for purchase 24 hrs. The breakfast is very complete and has something for everyone. The rooms themselves are stylish, clean but basic and on the smaller size. The furnishings are modern but the main lamp in the room had to be disappointingly unplugged to be turned off. I thought the rooms could be a bit better for the price point but you are also paying for convenience.

Everything was absolutely great- friendly and knowledgeable staff, perfectly clean, great convenient location as close as you can get to the main train station and then can easily pop into downtown Vienna. The only thing I’d say was NOT great was the heat was way too high with no way to control it. Apparently once it’s winter time, the heat is on and that’s it. So I would say bring your summer pajamas. If you can’t sleep when it’s too hot then don’t go during the winter maybe. But like I mentioned, everything else was great!

Service was wonderful. Location is great, right near the station so easy to get around. Carpet in room was dirty, bathroom was not clean. No amenities in the room. Very basic for price.

Acom is a pleasant and clean hotel that is literally a block and a half from the Vienna main train station. The neighbour hood is clean and quiet and there are good dining options close by.

Acom is a nice, affordable hotel just about one block from the central station. There are nice dining options close at hand and it’s a 20-25 minute walk to the old town, which is also easily accessible via the underground. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was roomy.

Good in that it was close to the station, but not a great area overall. 2 terrible pillows in a king bed is completely unacceptable. Also, the side of the desk was completely broken and there was no room for luggage in the room. Probably a 2 star hotel with 1-2 star service that charges way too much for what they offer.

Srayed here only for a short period of time to catch a connecting train in the morning. However, it was a positive experience from the moment I checked in when I was upgraded unexpectedly. The room was great and even had a small balcony. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great sleep. Took only a few minutes to walk to the train station and there are many restaturants and shops to catch a bite to eat, even in the early morning. Highly recommend.
