"I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take...

"great staff and unique property"

"The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit."

"My hotel stay was good.I was disappointed though Because the pool was seasonal, and for the price, we could at least have free breakfast"

"The property was great. I think you should put a hairdryer in the amenities so I would not have felt the need to pack one and I think you should put a small coffee maker in there for us who drink coffee. Other than that it was a beautiful place to stay!"

"Room was kinda small but it was walking distance to the Columbia facility I needed to go to so that was perfect. Staff very friendly and accommodating and knows the are well and could direct me where to get whatever I wanted. It’s also one of the newer buildings in the area. Definite would recommend for sort stays !!!!!!!! "

"It’s New York and in the Bronx but it’s every beautiful and clean inside the staff at the front desk was every polite and helpful the music when you enter is classic where when you hear it you just want to sing along the room was spacious and the bathroom where nice all and all it was fantastic and will be staying there again soon "
