"We had a lovely one night stay, the property exterior needs some TLC but the inside was lovely. Staff friendly, clean room, easy late check in. Four of us stayed room 14 lovely spacious and very comfortable. Amazing value for money 😊"
"A lovely property, David and pumpkin were very welcoming.
The only thing we wern't too keen on was the breakfast arrangment, we would have preferred a cooked breakfast.

The stunning beaches and fantastic nightlife are just a few highlights of Bournemouth City Centre. Make a stop by Bournemouth Beach or Russell-Cotes Art Gallery and Museum while you're exploring the area.
Lesser known things such as the Purbecks especially Studland Nature reserve, Branksome Park woods, the walks above cliffs (pretty, remote, nature-y such as East Cliff, West Cliff Promenade, West Cliff zig zag, behindBranksome Dene Chine & Alum Chine

Excellently patrolled beach front right from Bournemouth pier through to Boscombe Pier and beyond. Great idea to have the free to use electric BBQ areas on the beach front area. Cleaned every morning. Cliffside chain Railway excellent. Well done!

Just out of consideration of the less able, it's probably worth mentioning that this area in general is quite hilly and as a result may prove difficult for some. In the summer it does get busy, but the beach is like being abroad. Great trip.

Lots of nice gardens etc but also lots of empty shops giving a slightly run down appearance to some areas. No litter to speak of and nice along the beach. Plenty of choice for eating/drinking. Would love to see more investment in Bournemouth

Beach was pretty clean and not too busy. Nice green areas in town, and the bus service was reliable for day trips. The beach-side shops and eateries are extortionate, though. Pack a picnic for the beach and go into the centre for dinner.

I recommend bringing a load of comfy shoes as it's mainly got hills and bring extra money as can be expensive also if you want to go on a night out at most of the clubs you have to book tickets in advance if you want to enter

Bournemouth is a beautiful place, with many excellent restaurants in the high street. Good place to stay one or two nights to try out the best Hong Kong Food in the UK and Pinocchio Restaurant nearby. Yummy experience.

I LOVE Bournemouth, especially the beach! No matter the weather, I will happily sit on a deck chair, on the beach, with an ice cream, a cuppa, fish & chips, whatever the weather makes me fancy!

Went to the Oceanarium, this is lovely. Also went to the park to see the aviary and the jewel was the museum next to the bath hotel. What a surprise! Beautiful!
"We were very happy and enjoyed our stay, we were made to feel very comfortable by the professional and friendly staff. Our rooms were spotless and so was all of the hotel. The food was excellent quality and very tasty. I'd definitely recommend The West Cliff."
"A wonderful location. Can hear the sea from a Seaview room. Staff are overworked but really helpful and pleasant. A wonderfully grand hotel from the olden days managing the 21st century. "
"The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were lovely, clean & the beds were very comfortable. On site parking & heated outdoor pool. Breakfast was very good. Overall stay was excellent. "
"Great hotel, super friendly staff, lovely swimming pool. Awesome breakfast served by fantastic waitresses who were lovely.
Good sized room and excellent shower, floor a little creaky and bed slightly hard but to be expected in a property of this age. No evening meals unfortunately but plenty of local food options nearby. A little bit of noise in the morning from the coaches running their engines first thing, not excessive.
Overall very happy with our stay at Laguna, nice old fashioned style hotel with plenty of character and good value "
"Very smart hotel inside with plenty of sunlight in the common areas. Conveniently located to the beach and centre of town. Safe and secure underground car park "
"We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Suncliff Hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The service throughout our stay was consistently excellent.
The hotel’s location is perfect — just steps away from stunning coastal views and close to plenty of local attractions. It was the ideal spot to relax and explore.
The rooms were comfortable and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting. Whether we were enjoying breakfast with a sea view or unwinding in the lounge, every moment felt effortless and enjoyable.
If you’re looking for a seaside escape with great service and a prime location, we highly recommend the Suncliff Hotel."
