The worst thing is they have stolen my property- i left an item of clothing in the room and despite many calls and messages left , as they never answer personally, i have had no contact. "We were visiting BIC so the location is perfect. We were wary about getting any sleep once we read some reviews but can genuinely say the music didnt affect either of us at all (one on 2nd floor and one on third). Maybe it wasnt a busy night, maybe we are heavy sleepers, either way we had a good nights sleep.
