"As such there is nothing wrong with this little property. It is beautifully decorated, the rooms are a nice size and the beds are amazingly comfortable. What is and was wrong the Noursabah was that we drove 3 hours to get here and when we arrived, we were ready for a good long weekend with relaxation by the pool, good food etc. Problem was that first of all, the swimming pool was closed. "The pool was out of order but was advertised as working. Shower overflowed everytime it was used. It would flood the entire bathroom floor. Was told that we could change rooms then it didnt happen. The television also did not work. Staff were very friendly though. "

"Hotel as pretty much as per the description and the photos. It w as close enough to the bars but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Good security staff. The maids were understaffed or poorly trained. Most days the rooms weren't made up until 2-3pm. The service phone; It was often going off and the ring echoed down the corridor."

"Great location just a five minute walk to the beach, the staff was very friendly and let me check in early as well. It’s a little on the pricey side but it’s worth it. I would like to reach out to one of the concierge staff named Peeya he is very knowledgeable and helpful for all your needs. They have an excellent and very friendly staff from the security guards, to the front desk. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here on my next trip. "
