"Great location, walkable to the Thermal Valley, museum and town center with sufficient food options. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with in-room onsen and sauna (in some rooms). Hotel staff while not terrific are better than other hotels in Taiwan on this trip. Compared to a decade ago, Taiwan in general seems to have lost its edge in service-orientedness and making international visitors feel welcomed."

"Only 5 minutes walk from xinbeitou train station. The downside is when its a rainy day because they don’t have fetch services. The room is very spacious. "My wife and i stayed for 4 nights.The staff is very friendly and helpful.The rooms were very clean and comfortable.MRT is right across the street but never had any issues qith noise.When we checked out they let us leave our luggage for pick up later in day because our flight left in the pm.Quiet area and is cheap to go downtown from this location..Only minutes from great sites like thermal valley.If im ever back i would stay here again..Free breakfast is nice as well.Thank you to wonderful...
