"Great location, walkable to the Thermal Valley, museum and town center with sufficient food options. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with in-room onsen and sauna (in some rooms). Hotel staff while not terrific are better than other hotels in Taiwan on this trip. Compared to a decade ago, Taiwan in general seems to have lost its edge in service-orientedness and making international visitors feel welcomed."

"Only 5 minutes walk from xinbeitou train station. The downside is when its a rainy day because they don’t have fetch services. The room is very spacious. It’s very suitable for the couple and for honeymoon place.The onsen is big enough for 4person. The complimentary for breakfast was amazing too. "The property provides free shuttle service from the station. It makes it easy to get around for our family of five. After we dropped off the luggage, we also got shuttle back to the downtown area for dinner and walk around. It’s convenient and service is great. Great value for the price!"
