"I like the fake creepers wrapped around pillars and covered the ceilings. Very nice touch. This time we got a very clean room with strong air-con. Breakfast buffet spread have a good variety and taste good but one let fown is the coffee. Need to improve the quality of the coffee. Service staff are very polite, cheerful and helpful."

They made sure that we felt well taken care of and that our concerns were valid and valued throughout the entire stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I were to revisit Desaru in the future! "
