"Stayed in one of the private rooms with 3 beds (2 on the floor, and one in a loft). Just steps from Motomachi shopping street, and super close to the Minatomotomachi subway station entrance (just across the street). Room was very clean, and I had no complaints about the shared bathroom arrangement. The best part however, is that there is a fantastic laundry place (ストランドリー STLAUNDRY （大型コインランドリー) 3 minutes walk from the hostel that takes card, does a full wash/dry cycle for only 1000 yen. "The location is perfect, between kin no yu and gin no yu hot springs. There are good restaurants nearby and the hotel’s breakfast is very good. Excellent for a relaxing time."

"This place was a mixed dorm but the beds had curtains so it was nice. The staff were helpful and there was a simple breakfast which was welcome. The atmosphere was friendly"

"凄くこだわって作ったのだなぁーと思いました。今回は家族で子どもたちもいたので、食べかすが落ちないか、飲み物こぼさないか？と心配になるくらい気を使った泊まりでした。張り紙に賠償金！と書いてると払わないと…って考えるとそうなりますね…"

"The room smelled musky and moldy. The outdoor jacuzzi was nice. Did not have a good sleep as the room air triggered allergy."

"Very near to convenient store which was a good thing. But as it was winter time, the area was quite cold which we chose not to have BBQ dinner. Also, the view for sunset was blocked by nearby buildings which was a bit disappointing. And the room we stayed had a smoking odour which was a bit unpleasant. However, the room was spacious and beautiful which made the glamping experience good. "

"The staff goes out of their way to help but couldn’t find our reservation under my husband’s name instead of my name and we ended up booking another room thru Expedia which was non refundable. So if you are under the same circumstances check both your names. "
