"Property is not suitable for inclement weather - we stayed during winter when wind speed was high, the cabin was shaking and banging through the night, could not get any sleep. Owners should recognise this, and close the facility during inappropriate seasons even if it means losing business "

"缺點: 1.屋內窗簾是全透光，加上房間沒有門, 每早6點會被陽光叫起床 (不介意6時起床是沒問題的) 2. 屋就在路旁, 每有大型車經過會聽得清清楚楚, 導致睡眠質數極差. 3. 屋的隔音幾乎沒有, 由於屋主是將一間大屋間成兩間小屋出租, 在那裡住了三晚, 頭一晚隔壁的3個男孩開大音樂玩到大概晚上差不多12時就安靜, 這也可以接受. 但第2晚隨壁的幾個女生玩到凌晨1點還很嘈雜, 就忍不住過去叫他們安靜一點, 第三晚的日本家庭就很安靜, 所以鄰居是決定你的睡眠質素一個重要原因. 優點: 屋內算是很整潔. 屋內設備很不錯, 應有的也有供應. WIFI 很快很暢順. 房間價格算是很低."

"Very clean and welcoming. A close walk to either Motomachi or Sannomiya stations, with the hotel even providing a shuttle to and from the station (though I did not use the service). Meriken Park is right behind the hotel, along with Harborland, which had plenty of food and shopping. We had a beautiful view of the water and city, having stayed on the 24th floor."
