"Absolute perfect stay. Very good value and great location, only a five minute walk from Redfern station which gets you into the city centre in 12 minutes. Also connected with bus routes, short walk to Broadway which has tonnes of shops and restaurants. Hotel itself the staff were all so nice and accommodating. "Excellent location, you can walk to almost all of Sydney’s tourist attraction from the hotel. If you get tired of walking the light rail is just a few steps away from the hotel. Also close to central train station. A lot of asian food around the area(Chinatown). Close to shopping malls. Overall I enjoyed my stay at The Capitol Hotel and thank you for allowing me to check-in early. "

"There's a lot to like about this property. I appreciated the location, the complimentary bar vouchers upon arrival and the room was a great size too - but there were some shortcomings. The design of the building means if your room is close to the atrium, the noice from the lobby and bar area is quite substantial, there were a few stray hairs left in the bathroom which is a bit ick and getting to the hotel from the Darling Harbour side isn't straightforward. Overall, we enjoyed out stay. "
