"Check in took an hour or so- too long in my opinion. The room was moderate size and small hot tub The property is extremely clean, including the room- A to housekeeping (tip well) The food was above average The entertainment was very good- fun pool parties and nightclub shows If you can swing it upgrade to serenity- worth it in my opinion Bartenders and servers were not as friendly this time as our last visit at Haven Riviera Overall rating is a 4 out of 5 stars. We may try a different resort next time after two visits here "

"You can eat anything and won't get sick but the choice in the main restaurant at noon was less than what they had the 3 other times I was there. Only a cold buffet at lunch; No hot buffet like before; 2 choices for dessert: ice cream or sorbet OR fruit. But the food was good and the à la carte restaurants were good."

"Dreams Sapphire was soooo amazing! It was a very safe and laid back property. Great option for families or couples. We did the preferred option which I highly highly reccomend. You get access to the adult only pool with complimentary Bali beds if you book a day ahead. I can not say enough good things about the staff! The adult pool had Jose and Resendas and they were AMAZING!!! Jose was so attentive and made us feel so well taken care of. Resendas made the most amazing drinks and would surprise us everyday with fun new drinks. They were tasteful and not like drinking gasoline. The pool was clean and quiet. They do a good job at looking after the area. The restaraunts were amazing. Our favourite was Portofino with amazing Italian options. Daniel was our waiter a couple nights and he took amazing care of us. I would go there just for him! The blue water grill (preferred) was so good and right on the ocean. Definitely wear your hair up when eating there as the ocean breeze will catch up to you! The service at all the dining options was not the quickest, be prepared to wait. The waiters were still amazing and friendly I feel they just lack staff and it adds long wait times. The entertainment was great. Lots of things to do at all hours of the day. Kid friendly options that adults are more than welcome to join in! Great evening opportunities! We loved dancing with the team every night. "Some of the front desk representatives were a little nasty.. Particularly a middle aged / younger Hispanic woman. The cocktails had a very distinct “soapy” taste and even the juices.. room service was great as well as the rooms. My room was not ready when I came so they tried to downgrade me to a lower quality room and I absolutely wasn’t for it. After complaining for a while they gave me the room I paid for! The spa was great and relaxing.. the food choices at the restaurants were a 7/10.. the pools and ocean view were amazing ! I also love that they had an app.. WiFi was pretty terrible "
