"The pool, breakfast & bar area provided a good choice of food & drink options The room we stayed in was large & very clean. Unfortunately, the room had a kettle, but lacked any tea or coffee cups. The tv reception was poor on ocassion. Our main issue, was the NOISE, situated close to the Hard Rock Cafe, the room should have sound proof windows!! We should have been told & received the option to move!! "

"Week holiday. Hotel all inclusive, laguna beach apartment. So much choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner that everyone could find some tasty bites. Grill restaurant was 4 days closed but we could enjoy one evening and it was delicious. You can grab bottle of wine for dinner included in all inclusive. Swimming pool nice and clean. Laguna pool a bit cold but then quiet. Every night animation programs nice to see siping a drink. Animators are much active, friendly and supportive. Location...

"Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise! "
