Great place with a beautiful location, super view of Los Cristianos. Very friendly reception, all employees and pool guards. The hotel provides access to a restaurant and bar, 3 swimming pools, 3 children's pools, a fitness room, 2 squash halls and a spa department. Good atmosphere throughout the facility, various activities you can participate in during the day and evening but quiet at night during the period we stayed there in January until February. The room we stayed in had a large bedroom, bathroom with shower and bathtub, nice living room and well-equipped kitchen. Great terrace with access from the living room and bedroom. Great cleaning and change of towels every 3 days. The hotel is a short walk to the beach, shops and a number of restaurants in close proximity. Can be recommended!

Lovely place to stay, I will be back here for sure, It’s a great workout getting too and from but the hills and steps add to the laughs of the holiday. The area in general is fantastic Los Chris is my preferred area, local bars and Restaurants, Hoping to be back very soon.

lovely aparthotel, heated pool. Victor the pool lifeguard was the star of the hotel. He could not help enough. The rest of staff were helpful and friendly. Note it is a steep hill about 20minutes to the beach. Hourly transport provided can fill up, but only 5-7 euros by taxi. Supermarket on the corner very useful and decent prices

Had a great stay at Beverly Hills Heights hotel. The lady at reception was very welcoming on our arrival and explained all the facilities at the hotel and adjoining hotels. Room was clean and tidy and no issues with noise. A very pleasant stay. And would go back again soon if flights go down a bit in price.

Fabulous holiday at Beverly Hills Heights, great 1 bed apartment. Reception staff very friendly, esp Marian. Great that you can use any of the 3 pools at Hollywood Mirage and Heights, as the Heights pool area is a little quiet for us. Had a minor maintainance issue which was sorted within an hour, brilliant !!

very tranquil pool area and Viktor the lifeguard is the best there is. The bar is only open daytime and really needs additional staff as often one person is the barman cook and waiter at the same time. Free bus to Playa Las Vistas was appreciated

The aparthotel was generally clean, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, shopping centres. But the aparthotel needs some repairs. The bathroom ceiling of the place we stayed at was hanging loose, ready to fall after a few shakes.

Spacious and relaxed
Plenty of space and quite comfortable. Fantastic kitchen with all you could need. Well positioned near local shops and bars though the location is quite peaceful being at the top of the top of the resort. Its downhill to everything (but up hill on the way back!!)

Very nice apartment nice sheets and towels changed Every 3 days great bbq mid week well worth the €20 Only problem at the top of a step hill budget €4 for taxi up the hill other wise you can walk down and into town Easily

Beverley Hills Room 500
Lovely big apartment (500) but I would say a little dated. Wouldn't put me off coming back. Massive balcony that gets the sun in the afternoon. Great pool area, very quiet. Bar great during the day & staff lovely & friendly. I would say the location was excellent too, albeit up the hill but within walking distance of many bars & restaurants.

Quality Facility
Overall a great holiday here. Apartment was spacious with a modern kitchen. The bathrooms were a little tired and need renovating. Victor the lifeguard was exceptional and couldn't do enough for you.
