"Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise! "

"Walkable to main areas and the beach in 20-30 mins. Room did have several cockroaches running around. Were told we could pay for a late check out the night before leaving, but in the morning it was no longer possible which was disappointing, especially as the hotel was so quiet. Overall good value for money"

"Check in was easy and our room was ready at 3pm. Room was large with clean bedding etc , kitchen was basic but had everything we required. Nice pool view on second floor. Quiet hotel with sun around the pool from 10.30-5 pm. The location is at the top of a hill and could be difficult for those who suffer with walking. The view from the back of the hotel isn’t best as it’s industrial wasteland and a bit scruffy. Overall, we knew its layout snd had a nice stay. The mini market is ok but...

"Everything was great except for the stairs but that was my own fault for not booking a one bedroom apartment instead of a studio, everyone was very helpful and I was even offered a different room, the people at the front desk were always on hand to help me in every way possible, I'll be going back again next year 👍🌞🌞"

"Very good and spacious aparthotel with heated swimming pool. Adequate buffet breakfast. Decent restaurant onsite, and several restaurants within a short walk. Don't confuse it with HG's other apartment complex over the road. In spite of instructions not to do so, many guests left towels on the sunloungers all day. But we always managed to find a couple of free ones. If we came again we would ask for a room a bit further from the bar, as the music didn't finish until 11pm."

"We asked for the towels to be changed at an specific date and did not happened … when we asked to be changed we were told that they will change them the day we are living which as you can understand did not made any sense Overall the property has great amenities "

"Location was very central to everything near by, and area was very safe. The pool condition wasn’t great as tiles were falling off and on floor of pool. Staff were lovely & great cocktails :)"

"It was sad that there was no a remote controler to watch TV and no free Wi-Fi. There was also no shampoo, conditioner or body balm in the bathroom. The shower head didn’t have a stand and was spraying all over the floors snd walls, no option to have a bath because bath tap didn't work. "
