"The pool, breakfast & bar area provided a good choice of food & drink options The room we stayed in was large & very clean. Unfortunately, the room had a kettle, but lacked any tea or coffee cups. The tv reception was poor on ocassion. Our main issue, was the NOISE, situated close to the Hard Rock Cafe, the room should have sound proof windows!! We should have been told & received the option to move!! "

"This was my second time at Hotel Zentral. I like that it's in between Los Cristianos and Playa de las americas. About 5-7mins in both directions from the hotel. Hotel was very clean and the receptionist staff were all very friendly and helpful. It has a lovely roof top area, with amazing views of the mountain on one side and the sea on the other. "I liked the breakfast. I wanted to check out the buffet for dinner before paying for it but wasn't allowed to, so i didnt have dinner there. It would've been nice if they did let me check. My room was spacious but they gave me the one with no view (just looking at dirty solar panels from balcony ) All the others around mine had a view, so was a bit gutted there. I was only there for 2 nights so didnt mind it too much, but a view of the pool etc would've been good."
