"お正月に大人6名＋幼児１名で宿泊しました。広々とした室内で設備が大変素晴らしく、また、隅々まで清潔にメンテナンスされており、とても快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフの皆様の心意気が感じられる宿でした。国道から小道を少しはいった所だったので道路が除雪がされるのか少し心配したのですが、お正月でも朝から除雪車が来て道路が除雪されたので、問題ありませんでした。今後の改良点としては、玄関前の駐車場を２台分平らに舗装していただけたら、言うことなしです。ありがとうございました。"

"As with many places in this part of Niseko, it’s getting dated. They have done some upkeep inside at least. All the investment is over in Hirafu and Hanazono. "We had an amazing stay. The food, the staff, and the whole vibe of the decor are incredible. What a cozy, lovely spot. I know the harsh winters can be hard in a property, but I would suggest they do some minor maintenance (wood paneling on private outdoor onsen area, rust on private porch railing, wallpaper in entrance area) to ensure this amazing hotel can stay around for a long time! "This was our third stay at Freedom Inn. We love the location within walking distance to the ski field but away from touristy Hirafu. They have a great pick up drop off shuttle service which can take you to dinner in either Hirafu or Kutchan. Try Kutchan for a more authentic japanese experience. You can even stop by an onsen on the way! There also is a free shuttle to/from the ski lifts. The rooms are very spaceous and there is an onsen/ouffro on site too. The photos don't really do this place...
