"Hotel was beautiful and very clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful with whatever you need. Welcome cookies are yummy! Location is nice. We were able to walk to all our destinations in the city we wanted to see. Would stay again!"

"Other than the homeless approaching you for a hand out everytime you go outside, and i know that really nothing can be done, i enjoyed the property inside and out, and the pool area is amazing"

"This is a really nice hotel, but the best part was the outstanding service we received in the restaurant from Annie, Lisa, and (I think her name was) Tokoko. They were wonderful—so friendly and attentive! :)"

"It was a very comfortable stay. I like how the staff had the initiative to check on me and asked me if my room needs cleaning. Location wise it is close to airport but a bit of a walk to bus stop. The rooms amenities were also complete with the microwave, TV, towels, flat iron,hair dryer, coffee maker and vault safe. Just a few improvements - aircon was a bit noisy and crancky. I also hope there are room slippers and a bathroom matt to dry off the floors. But all in all it was a very very excellent stay."

"My daughter and I loved this hotel! Mohammad at the front desk is fantastic! He gave us a late check out to 3pm as pool closure last visit. Super friendly and nice. The room was good with balcony. It would be nice to have microwave. Bed/sheets were comfy. The pillows are horrible however. Indoor pool was great. The lady closing the pool unfortunately was very rude to the few of us. I have never been spoken to that way from staff before. Outdoor pool was great. The lady maintaince was super friendly sweeping leaves and refilling towels. However, we had to call maintance to clean the leaves out of pool and the drains as they were full. Ben at the kitchen was great, once we called to get an order. He was Super friendly, accommodating and food was delicious. Overall great hotel for location and facilities. Some of the staff amazing and some need an attitude adjustment. Hopefully with reviews some changes will happen with staff."
