"My family and I were so happy we decided to book this location. It is literally 10ft away from a 7/11 store to get any food or drinks necessary. Having the 7/11 be open 24hrs was really great as we were getting food at odd times because of jet lag in the first few days. Not only is there a 7/11 so close, but there are neighboring grocery stores that are open as well. The biggest selling point in my opinion is that the JR station is a 3 minute walk from the complex. "Staff and property were both nice. The AC became a heater for some reason and the entire room became a sauna during the day. We were only there for 2 nights to see Disneysea but were surprised to find out the hotel is an hour away by train."

"The room in this was spacious. You really need to know your way around. This Hotel is too far from Tokyo but close to NRT airport. Taxi is available using the GO app. "

"It's a nice place. Train station is close because the hotel is kind of connected to it. There's a lot of multistory malls within a 5 minute walk. Lots of places to eat around. The only thing I can think that was a problem was finding the front desk to check in. You have to use the elevators next to the Denny's on the 3 floor. Front desk is on the 6th floor if I remember right. Overall a nice stay!"

"Pretty good hotel for solo travelers around the Makuhari area. It's close to the Shin-Makuhari train station, as well as a couple of shops and a supermarket. So if you want to get something to eat from a convenience store, or take a train out to Tokyo, then you can do that easily. As for the room, the one I had was a single room. It is small, so you probably don't have enough room to move around in. But it was manageable. For the price, it's not too expensive. "
