"stayed at their premier floor. enjoyed my stay very much. only disappointment is my room next door is under contruction which is inevitable; noise from the work starts from morning to evening. enjoy the vast buffet breakfast and happy hours. location is also easy access to metro and eateries. take their preimier floor package; you wouldnt regret. room is spacious and bed is comfortable. basic toilets is available in the room. additional toiletries are available at the lobby for self service....

"This is a modern japanese hotel with a public bath and spa. The vibe and the design of the lobby restaurant and amenities are an expression of modern kyoto. The rooms are minimalistic but sufficient and intimate. "Tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood, yet within 10 min. walk to Kyoto Train Station which is the main hub to take Shinkansen, local subways, etc and has tons of restaurants. The hotel is a mix of kind of art nouveau and Japanese theme/style. Bathroom is very new. Bed firm yet comfortable. We have 2 adult & a teenager. We booked a superior twin sofa bed and the room didn’t feel cramp at all. Very surprised w this hotel in a good way. Worth the recommendation. "
