We arrived a little early and had to wait in the lobby for our room to become available, and one of the members of the staff even ran out to buy an iPhone charger just to lend my wife. I can't emphasize enough how good the location is, walking distance from Paddington Station and multiple Zone 1 bus stops, made it a dream to get around London. "
