"the location and property itself was wonderful. staff were great and helpful. however I have couple of concerns; 1; an international hotel located in international trade center, have to have most of the staff specially front desk and concierge speak English in order to serve better. 2; the food was not Marriott standard. breakfast was cold all over even the coffee!!!! "Property is clean. Located in front of a big mall and alot of dining options at the hotel and around the hotel. Crowne Plaza Hotels are a hit or huge miss. This one was one of the more decent ones. Buffet is good but room service was not good. Staff are nice. But the most important thing to me is whether the rooms are clean. The rooms are clean here. Jose the manager is the one you want to look for if you can only speak English. "

"I stayed in two different rooms on consecutive nights. The first was great, while the second, I had an equivalent room that didn’t have well-working air conditioning. It was somewhat humid, though not hot. The room was overall just slightly less clean than the other one on a different floor. I thought that was odd for its inconsistency in experience."

"The place is well-planned and very convenient for everywhere. Breakfast included serves very nice meals and drinks there. Further, please do try the Chinese restaurant located at 37 floor and enjoy the boundless swimming pool and fancy gym facilities at 35 floor. Last but not least, I really like the hotel service. The hotel kindly extended our check-out time. "

"It’s clean, facilities and amenities are modern and advance, although not state of the art yet. Staff are friendly. Had difficulty getting to the hotel from the airport as the taxi driver has not heard about the hotel and we spent almost half an hour looking up the directions for him. We could not find any contact number to call the hotel from the website. There’s a wide variety of cafes and eateries, however, most of them only opens at 10am. We could only find 3 open before 10am"

"Pros: The hotel decorated the room and sent us a birthday cake after I told them it was my girlfriend’s birthday. The room is comfortable, clean and new. Cons: The check-in service is super slow, which took us nearly half an hour. And I can't believe the staff opened the door without my permission when they brought the towels."
